While my complete Venue & Space service is designed to create a comprehensive visual experience, individual services are available when that’s all your space needs. We’ll determine the right combination based on your goals rather than adding services you don’t need.

I combine more than two decades of visual communication experience with photography, video, design, and visual strategy. Rather than simply showing up and photographing your space, I first evaluate your property, existing media, goals, and customer experience to determine what needs to be shown and the best way to show it.

Every space is different. Your involvement will primarily include helping determine what should be featured and preparing the property—which may involve repairs, landscaping, cleaning, staging, or other improvements—while I handle the strategy, production, and post-production.

The timeframe is based on the services required, size and complexity of your space, production requirements, and travel involved. Once I understand your property and goals, you'll receive a clearly defined project timeline, scope and price before work begins. It will also depend on if you need a website built for you or you just want edits/updates to your existing website.

I monitor weather conditions leading up to production. If weather would significantly affect the quality or safety of exterior, video, or drone work, we'll adjust the schedule rather than compromise the final result. Interior production may still proceed when practical.

You do. Upon completion and full payment, ownership and copyright of the final project media are transferred to you, giving you the freedom to use, share, and repurpose the content without expiration. Mic Media retains only the right to feature the work as part of our portfolio and promotional materials.
